Auc-Stat-Purchased

Purpose
This is a statistics module for Auctioneer that tries to detect early expiration of items from the auction house which may indicate a sale, and provides statistics for such events.
It does require more frequent scanning of the auction house to acquire these statistics, however, as it must notice an item disappearing from the AH before it could have possibly expired, based on the "time left" in the auction during it's most recent scan.
Also note that this statistic is susceptible to some amount of poisoning, as it cannot differentiate between auctions that were actually sold, and those which were canceled by the seller prior to their expiration. Though these canceled auctions might be any price, there is some likelihood that they will be auctions priced (significantly) above the actual market price, leading the Auc-Stat-Purchased statistic to sometimes skew higher than the true market price for an item.
