This page is intended to discuss things you see in the shared BaseRule(-snippets) on the BaseRule Scratch-page
Some Rules/Guidelines
As with the BaseRule Scratch-page I also propose some guidelines here to use:
- When reacting to somebodies post on the main-page use the following format:
| Reacting on [[BottomScanner/BaseRule/BaseRule_Scratch#<YourName>'s BaseRule example|<YourName>'s BaseRule example]] |
(which shows up as: "Reacting on
<YourName>'s BaseRule example")
Does anybody with a bit more wiki-knowledge than me know how to get this <YourName>'s BaseRule example-link working? I've tested using the following link: BottomScanner/BaseRule# BaseRule "Outputs" but, for me (using FireFox) it just jumps to the upper part of the page iso the mentioned part Nemelis 19:37, 3 March 2007 (EST)
- When reacting to somebodies else's comment, start your comment directly below the one you comment on and ident your comment with 1 "*". This will make the comment-tree look like:
In this way threaded comments form automatically.
- Also here: enter 4x a "~" (thus ~~~~) at the end of your comments. This will make sure that the wiki-software automatically adds your name and the date you've added.Nemelis 19:18, 3 March 2007 (EST)
